1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and 6 PAC Method ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Dr. Kelvin Lee, PT, DPT.

By accessing our website at 6pacmethod.com, creating a client account, or enrolling in any program or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

6 PAC Method provides premium online physical therapy and wellness services, including but not limited to:

• Personalized rehabilitation and movement programs delivered via digital platforms.
• Virtual biomechanics assessments and consultations conducted over Zoom or equivalent video platforms.
• Evidence-based exercise protocols, mobility programs, and pain management guidance.
• Recovery nutrition protocols and wellness coaching.
• Weekly clinical check-ins and program adjustments via messaging or video.
• Educational content, articles, and workshops relating to physical therapy, movement, and wellness.

Services are provided under the Rebuild Program and Executive Program tiers, as described on our website. Program features may be updated periodically; the current description on our website governs.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not be prohibited from receiving our services under any applicable law.
• Complete our health intake questionnaire honestly and in full before beginning any program.

By enrolling, you represent and warrant that all information you provide — including your health history — is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading health information may result in immediate termination of your program without refund and could compromise your safety.

4. Not Emergency Care — Important Notice

Our services are designed to support non-emergency rehabilitation, pain management, and wellness — not to diagnose, treat, or manage acute medical emergencies or conditions requiring in-person clinical evaluation.

Dr. Kelvin Lee is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. Services provided are within the scope of physical therapy practice. 6 PAC Method does not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe medication, or perform hands-on manual therapy. Always consult your physician for medical diagnoses or medication management.

5. Accounts & Access

Account Creation

• You must create an account to access your program materials, check-in portal, and video sessions.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately at support@6pacmethod.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Account Use

• Your account is for your personal use only. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared or misused.

6. Payments & Billing

Fees

Program fees are listed on our website and are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of your enrollment is binding for the term of your current subscription or program period.

Billing Cycle

• Monthly Programs: Billed on a recurring monthly basis beginning on your enrollment date. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
• 16-Week Intensive: Billed as a single payment in full at the time of enrollment.

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe or equivalent). We do not store your full payment card details.
• You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees.
• If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period of 5 business days to update your payment information before service is paused.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar tax associated with your purchase, which may be added to your invoice depending on your jurisdiction.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Monthly Programs

• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
• To cancel, email support@6pacmethod.com at least 5 business days before your renewal date.

16-Week Intensive Program

• A full refund is available within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed any personalized program materials or attended any live assessment session.
• After 7 days, or after program materials have been delivered, no refunds are available for the 16-week program.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to documented medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@6pacmethod.com with supporting documentation.

8. Client Obligations

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health history and intake information prior to beginning any program.
• Consult with your physician before starting any new exercise or rehabilitation program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, heart disease, or are pregnant.
• Follow program instructions as provided and notify us of any adverse reactions, increased pain, or injury immediately.
• Participate in scheduled check-ins and assessments in good faith to enable effective clinical monitoring.
• Use all program content, exercises, and resources solely for your own personal rehabilitation and wellness.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or share program materials, exercise protocols, or any proprietary content without our written consent.
• Treat all communications with Dr. Lee and our team with courtesy and respect.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our programs — including but not limited to exercise protocols, written guides, video content, assessment frameworks, the 6 Pillars of Performance methodology, branding, and program materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 6 PAC Method and Dr. Kelvin Lee.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program content solely for your personal rehabilitation and wellness during the term of your active subscription.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any program content without our prior written authorization.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6 PAC Method disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Warranties that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Warranties that any specific health outcome, recovery milestone, or fitness result will be achieved through use of our programs.

Individual results vary. Program outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your medical history, adherence to the program, and other lifestyle factors. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6 PAC Method, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
• Any injury, physical harm, or aggravation of a pre-existing condition arising from participation in any exercise or rehabilitation program, provided that the program was followed as directed and you accurately disclosed your health history.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 6 PAC Method, Dr. Kelvin Lee, and their affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
• Inaccurate or incomplete health information you provided during intake or check-ins.
• Your use of our services in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or program guidelines.

13. Termination

By You

You may terminate your subscription at any time by following the cancellation process in Section 7 or by contacting us at support@6pacmethod.com.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• You provide false or misleading health information that creates safety concerns.
• Your conduct is abusive, harassing, or disruptive toward Dr. Lee or any team member.
• Continued service would pose a risk to your health or safety that cannot be mitigated through remote care.
• We determine, in our professional judgment, that you require a level of care beyond what we can safely provide through telehealth.

Upon termination, your access to program materials will be revoked. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in Section 7.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which 6 PAC Method is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@6pacmethod.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any concerns informally within 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English. You and 6 PAC Method agree to waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
• Notify active clients by email at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect.

Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date.
